Our ceramics are handmade, so production time can vary between 10 and 20 working days. Shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. A 24-48 hour option is also available for shipping within Italy.

Yes, we offer the ability to customize some of our items. You can contact us directly to discuss your needs and we will provide you with a customized quote.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please see the refund policy in the footer for more details.

Our ceramics are durable but avoid temperature changes. They can be used in the microwave oven at lower temperatures and for quick times, but not in the oven.
